The quality of construction is rooted in the relationship between the client and the contractor. When the client fulfills their commitments and responsibilities toward their project on time and in full cooperation with the contracting company, the final output of the project will be excellent.

Danoo Architecture Group offers free consultation and site visits for valued clients. In this phase, our experts provide suitable suggestions based on the space, considering the style and preferences of the clients, and offer the most cost-effective solutions. If the client agrees, the architectural plan for the space is created for design and modeling.

After the client’s approval of our expert’s suggestions, a design and execution contract is signed between Danoo Architecture Group and the client. According to this contract, a 3D model is prepared to provide a better understanding of the space to the client. Then, our experts provide the client with several pre-invoices for the cost estimate of each phase of the design. After the client’s approval, the project moves to the next stage.

In this stage, we prepare a scheduled execution plan based on the finalized design. All necessary documents, records, and required permits are obtained, and we ensure all project needs are met.

In this phase, according to the predetermined plan, the project enters the execution and monitoring stage. Contractors for each phase of the project work in coordination with the project manager to carry out their respective tasks. The final desired design is built according to the standards.

In this stage, our experts evaluate and thoroughly inspect the completed project from every aspect. After approval, the project is handed over to the client.
